소속팀: Finance
12 employees; a mix of nationalities including Indian, Filipino, Turkish, Korean, and Russian. CFO is Korean.

■ 업무내용
Duties and Responsibilities
• Supervise the working capital of the company, including functions of credit control, credit check and
insurance, and collection.
• Generate, analyse, and present financial reports for the company's headquarters.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of financial data, including budgetary information and key
performance indicators.
• Identify and address financial issues arising at the headquarters and branch offices.
• Conduct a thorough analysis of financial discrepancies and variances.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve financial concerns and discrepancies promptly.
• Implement and oversee follow-up actions to address reported financial issues.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, providing updates on the resolution progress.
• Develop and maintain procedures for proactive identification and mitigation of financial challenges.
• Perform and supervise internal control functions in account receivables, accounts payables, forwarding sub-ledger, property, plant and equipment, manpower expenses, cash, and banks.
• Provide support to the Finance Team in daily controlling, reporting, and monitoring operations in the head office
and branches.
• Plan budgets and business plans for short/mid/long-term outlook.
• Forecast sales performance of Group subsidiaries in the Middle East, Europe, CIS, and Africa.
• Analyse sales results and establish a make-up plan
• Manage and analyze multi-level costs (COGS, SG&A), building up the cost-saving strategy and
implementing it with the operation team
• Provide support to the Finance Team in month-end closing and reporting.
